How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized items (custom engraving) ship within 3–5 business days as well — engraving is included in that window. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping — follow @girlieclicks on TikTok and Instagram for updates!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders $35 and over. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because everything is made to order, we start production quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at info@girlieclicks.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once production has started.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That never should happen — but if it does, email us at info@girlieclicks.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. No hassle.

What exactly is a clicker?
A clicker is a small handheld fidget toy that makes a satisfying clicking sound when you press it. Think of it like a tactile stress reliever you actually want to carry around. Ours are 3D printed by hand in our workshop in Draper, Utah — so each one is a little unique.
What are the clickers made of?
Our clickers are 3D printed from PLA filament — a plant-based, durable plastic that's safe to handle. They're built to last and designed to look as good as they feel.
Are the earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Our acrylic earrings use stainless steel ear wires, which are nickel-free and safe for most sensitive ears. If you have a severe metal allergy, please check with your doctor before ordering.
How big are the clickers?
Most clickers are approximately 2.5–3 inches long — about the size of a pen cap or small keychain. Easy to slip in a pocket, backpack, or pencil case.
Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing your tumbler to keep the laser engraving looking crisp and sharp for as long as possible. The engraving is permanent, but high heat from dishwashers can dull the finish over time.
Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
Easy — just leave a note at checkout with the name, word, or phrase you want engraved. We'll take it from there. If anything is unclear, we'll reach out before we start.
What can I put on my tumbler?
A first name, a nickname, a favorite word, a short phrase — whatever means something to you. We can do up to about 15 characters cleanly. If you want something longer, just ask and we'll let you know if it'll work.
Can I choose a font for my engraving?
We have a few font options — reach out to us at info@girlieclicks.com before ordering if you have a preference and we'll confirm what's available.
Will I see a proof before it ships?
For standard name engravings we go straight to production — it keeps your turnaround fast. If you have a unique request or want to confirm something first, just mention it in your order notes and we'll send a mockup before we engrave.
